Arroyo Seco Raceway is for sale due to health issues. I no longer have the stamina to run all of the events that we currently do, it's time to step away and let someone else live their dream.
The track property is 137 acres right next to Interstate 10 and includes a 1.4 mile road course and 1/4 and 1/8 mile drag strip with a new timing system installed in 2023. The track was built in 1998 and is in fair condition.
The property was appraised in April 2025 for $850,000 and has a building with an office, two bathrooms, a drivers lounge, drag race control and a concession stand. There is also a pump house, a gate building, time slip building, fencing all around the property, a large gravel pit area, a hot pit, multiple small grandstands, a timing trailer for the road course, 8 corner stations with two of them covered.
Includes managers house that was renovated in 2021 and two storage sheds and large carport.
Also included but not in the appraisal is the new drag timing system, all of the concession stand equipment, the big safe and refrigerator in the office, all furnishings, smart TV in the lounge.
All PA equipment including at least 2 spare amplifiers and spare speakers for the PA system.
All track equipment including 2 four wheelers for spraying weeds and trackbite.
